Present: Committee members Cynthia Dewick, Ron Meick. Danny Schweers, Ray Seigfried (chair), and Harold Kalmus. Also present: Steven Threefoot
Ray called this meeting to order at 7:08 p.m. in Room 2 of the Buzz Ware Village Center.
Long-Vacant Houses: Letters & Fees
We discussed how to treat ADUs (Additional Domicile Units), especially leaseholds where none of the residents are leaseholders. Also discussed were how guest houses were to be treated. Steven Threefoot suggested that the wording that he'd seen was much too long for Arden. We wrestled a long time with the wording, and plan to present it at the Town Meeting later this month.
